Jeg modtager selv løbende kropsterapeutiske behandlinger, som en kærkommen anledning til at mærke ind i egen essens - mærke egne behov, følelser, grænser, blokeringer, drømme og transformationspotentiale. Kropsterapien støtter mig i at stå stærkt forankret i mig selv på livets opdagelsesrejse - i med -og modgang. Det forplanter sig som en oplevelse af dyb forbundethed, frihed og overskud i krop og sind. Et liv som leves med opmærksomhed, bevidsthed og autenticitet.
